I don’t get to do that many speaking engagements due to other commitments. When I do, ideally I like to talk at conferences or other events in which decision makers from many museums are in attendance.
My goal is to give everyone in the audience a framework for thinking about museums strategy as well as three to five key items they can implement immediately. I call the talk, “10 Keys to Becoming a World-Class Museum.”
I will have a greater chance of fitting your event into my schedule if you get with me early. Six months out is ideal.
To discuss speaking engagements, email me at events@worldclassmuseum.com.
