Step 1: Two-Day BootCamp
Description: I spend two days with your team in which we do a SWOT analysis of your museums current situation and then work together to create a short and long-term plan based on proven tactics that will put you on a path to more visitation, more involvement, and a larger presence in your market.
Step 2: Ongoing Mentoring
Description: I will serve as an advisor for the 12 months after the initial BootCamp and help your team implement the plan we created. Most museums have me come back quarterly during the first year in addition to the advisory work (this is optional but recommended)
